Xiao Xing began serving as an independent ACM director and audit committee member in June 2022. Ms. Xing has been Vice President of Shanghai Pudong Haiwang Private Fund Management Co. Ltd since 2021. Pior to that, she was General Manager of Investment Departments at Shanghai Pudong SPINNOTEC Group Co., Ltd from 2018 to 2021, and Deputy General Manager at Zhangjiang Torch Entrepreneurship Park Investment Development Co., Ltd. of Shanghai from 2012 to 2018. She is a Zhejiang University alumnus, holding a Bachelor of Science and an MBA.
